HIGH PRESSURE CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS SERIES JETTING
Single stage or multistage centrifugal pumps mainly designed for the wellpoint draught. They are widely used for fire-fighting, agriculture and irrigation fields. Their fundamental characteristic is the number of stages which characterize their total head, built to pump chemically and mechanically non aggressive clear water. Their stages number determine the total head that can rise up to a maximum of 30 bar.
In the standard version, the pump cylinder, the suction valve, the rotor, the diffuser, the coating, the rotor’s ring seating, the stuffing-box and the support are made of engineering grey cast iron. The pump shaft and all the internal screw is made of stainless steel. The shaft is supported by 2 rolling bearings, laid on the support and oil-lubricated.
Bronze marine or stainless steel mouldings are available if the liquid to be pumped is characterized by brackish and sandy water.
The coupling by means of an elastic joint can be carried out with an electric or endothermic motor, and all is assembled on a strong support made of profile shape steel available with or without pneumatic wheels.
Incorporated great capacity tank for the motor-driven pumps, balanced sling for lifting and lever for version on carriage. Manual prime pump aluminium made for the standard version, other priming systems on request.
